

Panagiotis Kormas, MD, Ph.D., is an orthopedic surgeon who maintains a practice and has been operating in private clinics in Athens since 2007.
He completed his orthopaedic residency at the Attica General Hospital "KAT", where he also completed a microsurgery internship. In addition to his studies to obtain a degree in Medicine and to obtain a specialty, he attended annual university seminars in Social Medicine and Occupational Medicine.
In 2020, he was awarded a doctorate from the Department of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a grade of "Excellent".
Until recently, he was a member of the Central Health Council (KESY), an advisory body on the structure and operation of the National Health System.
He has also served as vice-president of the EKAB with responsibility for education and promotion of Primary Health Care.
